Functions and indications:
For the treatment of newly diagnosed adult patients with chronic phase Philadelphia chromosome-positive chronic myeloid leukemia (Ph+CML). For adult patients with chronic phase or accelerated phase Philadelphia chromosome-positive chronic myeloid leukemia (Ph+CML) who are resistant or intolerant to previous treatment (including imatinib). Can be used to treat chronic myeloid leukemia in children over 2 years old.
