Nifuratel and Nystatin Vaginal Suppositories

Nifuratel nystatin vaginal suppository is indicated for the treatment of vulvar and vaginal infections and mixed vaginal bacterial infections caused by bacteria, Trichomonas, and Candida.
The mechanism of action of nystatin is to combine with sterols on the fungal cell membrane, causing changes in cell membrane permeability, resulting in the leakage of important cell contents, thereby exerting an antifungal effect. It has a broad-spectrum antifungal effect and high antibacterial activity against Candida. Cryptococcus neoformans, Aspergillus, Mucor, Microsporum, Histoplasma capsulatum, Blastomyces dermatitidis, and dermatophytes are also usually sensitive to this product. In addition, its multivitamins can enhance the repair of vaginal epithelial tissue.
