Usage and dosage:
Nicardipine hydrochloride tablets for hypertension are taken orally, with a starting dose of 20 mg/time, 3 times a day, and the dose can be adjusted to 40 mg/time, 3 times a day according to the response. Administer the drug continuously for at least 3 days before increasing the dose to ensure that the steady-state blood drug concentration is reached. It can be used in combination with antihypertensive drugs such as diuretics and β-blockers, or as directed by a doctor. If it is necessary to quickly lower the blood pressure, this product is administered intravenously at a dose of 10-30 µg/kg (body weight) based on nicardipine hydrochloride. Hypertensive emergency This product is diluted with physiological or 5% glucose injection solution, and the solution of 0.01-0.02% (0.1-0.2mg in 1ml) is intravenously dripped in terms of nicardipine hydrochloride. At this time, it is given at a drip rate of 0.5-6µg/kg (body weight) per minute.
