Effects and efficacy: Mainly used to treat rheumatic and rheumatoid arthritis, osteoarthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, gout, arthritis, and tenosynovitis. It can also be used to relieve pain caused by musculoskeletal sprains, contusions, injuries, and dysmenorrhea.
Usage and dosage: Naproxen tablets are taken orally. For adults, take 0.5g for the first time, 0.25g each time thereafter, and once every 6 to 8 hours if necessary. For patients with dysmenorrhea, take 0.5g for the first time, and 0.25g each time if necessary thereafter, and once every 6 to 8 hours. For pediatric patients: Anti-rheumatic, take 5mg/kg per body weight, twice a day. Oral naproxen capsules. Common dosage for adults: Anti-rheumatic, take 1 to 2 capsules each time, once in the morning and evening, or take 1 capsule in the morning and 2 capsules at night. For pain relief, take 2 capsules for the first time, and 1 capsule when necessary thereafter, and once every 6 to 8 hours if necessary. For acute attacks of gouty arthritis, take 3 capsules for the first time, and 1 capsule each time thereafter, and once every 8 hours until the acute attack stops. For dysmenorrhea, take 2 capsules for the first time, and 1 capsule when necessary thereafter, and once every 6 to 8 hours. Common dosage for children: Anti-rheumatic, 5mg/kg per body weight, twice a day. Oral naproxen sustained-release tablets and naproxen sustained-release capsules. Adults take 0.5g once a day, or as directed by a doctor. Oral naproxen enteric-coated microcapsules. Adults, 2 capsules at a time, 2 to 3 times a day. Naproxen suppository: Insert 1 tablet of this product into the anus, and the operation can be performed after 15 minutes.
Adverse reactions:
Itchy skin, shortness of breath, dyspnea, asthma, tinnitus, lower limb edema, stomach burning, indigestion, stomach pain or discomfort, constipation, dizziness, drowsiness, headache, nausea and vomiting, etc. Blurred vision or visual impairment, hearing loss, diarrhea, oral irritation or pain, palpitations and sweating, etc. Gastrointestinal bleeding, kidney damage (allergic nephritis, kidney disease, renal papillary necrosis and renal failure, etc.), urticaria, allergic rash, depression, muscle weakness, bleeding or granulocytopenia and liver damage are less common.
