Function:
Prevention of post-surgical thromboembolic disease. Deep vein thrombosis. Unstable angina and myocardial infarction without Q waves. Preventing dialyzer blood clot formation during hemodialysis. Intraoperative prevention of thromboembolic disease.
Dosage:
Prevention of post-surgical thromboembolic disease with moderate risk of thromboembolism: subcutaneous injection, 3075 IU (0.3 ml) once a day, with the first injection approximately 2 hours before surgery, usually for at least 7 days. Surgery with a high risk of thromboembolism (such as hip and knee surgery): subcutaneous injection, from before surgery to the third day after surgery, 38 IU/kg once a day according to body weight, and then adjusted to 57 IU/kg once a day. Once a day, at least 10 days. For the treatment of deep vein thrombosis, subcutaneous injection is given, 85IU/kg once every 12 hours, and the use time should not exceed 10 days. Oral anticoagulants should be used as soon as possible. For unstable angina pectoris and non-Q-wave myocardial infarction, subcutaneous injection is given at a dose of 86 IU/kg once every 12 hours based on body weight, combined with low-dose aspirin. The initial dose of 86 IU/kg can be administered via a one-time intravenous injection or subcutaneous injection. Treatment time generally reaches clinical stability around the 6th day. Hemodialysis For patients who are not at risk of bleeding or whose hemodialysis lasts about 4 hours, a single body weight injection of approximately 65 IU/kg should be administered through the arterial end at the beginning of dialysis. If necessary, the dosage can be adjusted based on the patient’s individual situation or hemodialysis technical conditions. If there is a risk of bleeding, the standard dosage can be halved.
