Effects and efficacy: This product can treat the following diseases: various acute and chronic inflammatory arthritis: rheumatoid arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, osteoarthritis, gouty arthritis, psoriatic arthritis, reactive arthritis, Reiter’s syndrome, rheumatoid arthritis and other arthritis or joint pain. Soft tissue rheumatism: including frozen shoulder, cervical shoulder syndrome, tennis elbow, fibromyalgia, lumbar muscle strain, lumbar disc herniation, tendinitis, tenosynovitis and bursitis. Sports soft tissue injuries, sprains and contusions. Others such as postoperative pain, post-traumatic pain, toothache, pain after tooth extraction, dysmenorrhea, etc. Usage and dosage: Common dosage for adults: oral medication, 1.0g once a day (taken after meals or at night). The maximum daily dose is 2g, taken twice. Adults weighing less than 50kg can start with 0.5g per day and gradually increase to the effective dose. Adverse reactions:
The following adverse reactions can be seen during the use of this product: Gastrointestinal: nausea, vomiting, indigestion, diarrhea, abdominal pain and constipation about 1%-3%. Upper gastrointestinal bleeding is about 0.7%. In the cases using this product, the incidence of ulcers was 0.1% in the short-term treatment group (6 weeks-6 months) and 0.95% in the long-term treatment group (8 years). The incidence of diarrhea increases with daily oral administration of 2g of nabumetone. Nervous system: manifestations include headache, dizziness, tinnitus, sweating, insomnia, drowsiness, tension and dreaminess, with an incidence of less than 1.5%. Skin: The incidence of rash and itching is about 2.1%, and edema is about 1.1%. Rare or occasional adverse reactions include jaundice, abnormal liver function, anxiety, depression, paresthesia, tremor, dizziness, bullous rash, urticaria, dyspnea, asthma, allergic pneumonia, proteinuria, hematuria and angioneurotic edema.
