Mizoribine is a Western medicine, and its common dosage form is tablets. It can prevent organ rejection after kidney transplantation.
This product has an immunosuppressive effect, which can inhibit cell proliferation in the lymphatic system, competitively inhibit the inosine to guanylate pathway in the purine synthesis system and inhibit nucleic acid synthesis, but it is not taken up into high-molecular nucleic acids. It can also inhibit the production of antibodies in the primary response and secondary response, and prolong the survival time of the transplant.
