Dosage:
The usual dosage for adults is 5-10mg (1-2 tablets) each time, 3 times a day. For patients with diabetic gastric emptying dysfunction, take 10 mg orally 30 minutes before symptoms appear; or take 5-10 mg before meals and before going to bed, 4 times a day. The total adult dose should not exceed 0.5mg/kg/day. The usual dosage for children aged 5-14 years old is 2.5-5 mg (0.5-1 tablet) each time, 3 times a day, 30 minutes before meals, and should be taken for a short period of time. The total dose in children should not exceed 0.1mg/kg/day.
Adverse reactions:
The more common adverse reactions are drowsiness, restlessness, and fatigue. Rare reactions include breast swelling and pain, nausea, constipation, rash, diarrhea, sleep disorders, dizziness, severe thirst, headache, and irritability. Increased lactation may occur during medication. Long-term use of large doses may cause extrapyramidal reactions (especially in young people) by blocking dopamine receptors and causing relatively hyperactive cholinergic receptors, which may lead to muscle tremors, dysphonia, ataxia, etc.
Drug contraindications:
If you are allergic to this product, it is contraindicated during lactation. It is contraindicated during pregnancy.
