Usage and dosage:
Hormone replacement therapy for male hypogonadism: oral or sublingual, 5 mg once, twice a day. Please follow the doctor’s advice for details. Palliative treatment of advanced breast cancer in postmenopausal women: oral or sublingual, 25 mg once, 1 to 4 times a day; if the treatment responds, after 2 to 4 weeks, the dosage can be reduced to 2 times a day, 25 mg each time, oral or sublingual. Adverse reactions:
Long-term high-dose use can easily cause cholestatic hepatitis and jaundice. Sublingual administration can cause stomatitis, manifested as pain, drooling and other symptoms. It can cause virilization, edema, liver damage, dizziness, and acne in women. Water and sodium retention may occur.
Drug contraindications:
