Ulcerative colitis: Acute attack period: 3.0-4.0g per day, orally in divided doses/a single meal; Maintenance period: 1.5g per day, orally in divided doses/a single meal. Crohn’s disease: Acute attack period: 1.5g-4.5g per day, orally in divided doses/a meal; remission period: 2g per day, orally in divided doses per meal. Suppository: Recommended dose: 1 piece per day, inserted into the rectum, 2-3 times a day, or as directed by your doctor. Enema solution: Recommended dosage: 1 tube at a time, administered rectally.
