Effects and efficacy: This product is used in combination with chorionic gonadotropin for primary or secondary amenorrhea caused by insufficient secretion of gonadotropin, infertility caused by anovulation, etc. Controlled superovulation can induce multi-follicular development in assisted reproductive technologies such as in vitro fertilization and intracytoplasmic sperm injection.
Usage and dosage: Injectable urinary gonadotropin is injected intramuscularly, dissolved in 1-2 ml of sterile water for injection. Initially (or from the fifth day of the cycle) 75-150U once a day. After seven days, the dose is adjusted according to the patient’s estrogen level and follicular development, increasing to 150-225U per day. After the follicles mature, 10.000U of chorionic gonadotropin (HCG) is injected intramuscularly to induce ovulation. For those who have no ovarian response three weeks after injection, stop taking the drug. The dose required for high-purity urinary gonadotropin injection to induce follicular growth in women with normal or low gonadotropin levels needs to be individualized and adjusted for each patient. The dose depends on the response of the ovaries. Ultrasound should be used to detect the ovaries and determine the estradiol level. If the dose of this product is too high for a patient, multiple follicles will grow on one or both sides. This product can be dissolved in a solvent and administered by intramuscular or subcutaneous injection. The initial dose is usually 75-150IU (1-2 vials) per day. If there is no ovarian response, the dose can be gradually increased until there is evidence of estradiol secretion or follicular growth. Maintain this dose until the serum estradiol level reaches the pre-ovulatory level. If the estradiol level rises too quickly, the dose should be reduced. To induce ovarian ovulation, HCG5000-10000IU should be injected intramuscularly 1-2 days after the end of this product.
