Effects and effects:
It is mainly used for palliative treatment of advanced breast cancer and advanced endometrial cancer (i.e. patients with recurrent, inoperable or metastatic disease). It also has certain effects on renal cancer, prostate cancer and ovarian cancer. It can be used for irregular menstruation, dysfunctional uterine bleeding, endometriosis, and the progestogen component of combined short-acting contraceptives.
Usage and dosage:
Amenorrhea: 4 mg once, 2 to 3 times a day, withdrawal bleeding occurs 2 to 7 days after stopping the drug. Dysfunctional uterine bleeding: 4 mg once, once every 8 hours, reduce the dose once every 3 days, and reduce the dose by no more than 1/2 of the original dose until the daily maintenance dose is 4 mg, for a total of 20 days. Endometriosis: 4 mg once, twice a day, change to 4 mg each time, 3 times a day after 7 days, change to 8 mg once, 2 times a day after 7 days, take it for another 7 days, then increase to 20-40 mg a day, 6 months as a course of treatment. Endometrial cancer: 10-80 mg once, 4 times a day, depending on the disease condition, the total daily dose is 40-320 mg, or 160 mg once, once a day, take once or in divided doses, or follow the doctor’s advice. General dose of cancer medication: 160 mg each time, orally, once a day. High dose: 160 mg each time, orally, 2-4 times a day.
