Effects and efficacy:
This product is used to prevent bone marrow suppression in adult patients with non-myeloid malignancies treated with anticancer drugs, and to reduce the incidence of infection manifested by febrile neutropenia.
Dosage and administration:
This product is injected subcutaneously once 48 hours after the end of each chemotherapy cycle of anti-tumor drugs. The recommended dose is a fixed dose of 6 mg per injection. This product can also be individualized according to the patient’s weight, at 100μg/kg. Do not give this product within 14 days before the use of cytotoxic chemotherapy drugs to 24 hours after chemotherapy. Because this product only needs one subcutaneous injection per chemotherapy cycle, it can reduce the discomfort caused by repeated injections. At the same time, the 100µg/kg dose and 6mg fixed dose of this product have equivalent efficacy. For patients with normal weight (weight ≥45kg), there is no need to convert the dosage according to weight.
