Enalapril Maleate Tablets

Effects and efficacy:
Used to treat hypertension and heart failure.
Usage and dosage:
Oral administration for lowering blood pressure, 5 mg once a day, and then adjust the dose to 10-40 mg a day according to the blood pressure response, divided into 1-2 times. If the effect is still unsatisfactory, diuretics can be added. Please follow the doctor’s advice for details. Patients with renal impairment: When the creatinine clearance rate is 30-80ml/min, the initial dose is 5mg; if the creatinine clearance rate is <30ml/min, the initial dose is 2.5mg; for dialysis patients, the daily dialysis dose is 2.5mg. Please follow the doctor’s advice for details. The starting dose for heart failure is 2.5mg once, 1-2 times a day. Pay attention to monitor blood pressure within 2-3 hours after administration (especially for those who use diuretics in combination) to prevent the occurrence of hypotension. Adverse reactions:
Common: dizziness, headache, fatigue, cough, all symptoms are mild and short-lived. Less common: muscle cramps, nausea, fatigue, orthostatic discomfort, impotence, diarrhea, indigestion, dry mouth, constipation, insomnia, nervousness, paresthesia, rash, itching. Very rare: syncope, orthostatic hypotension, palpitations, tachycardia, vomiting. Rare: angioedema, which can be fatal if it occurs in the throat. If angioedema occurs after medication, this product should be discontinued immediately and symptomatic treatment should be given quickly. 0.3-0.5ml of 1: 1000 epinephrine injection can be injected subcutaneously. Drug contraindications:
