Effects:
For the treatment of postmenopausal patients with advanced breast cancer (estrogen receptor or progesterone receptor positive), mostly used as second-line treatment after failure of anti-estrogen therapy.
Usage and Dosage:
2.5 mg each time, orally, once a day, can be taken before, after or with meals, but please take it at the same time every day. For ovulation induction treatment of endometriosis and polycystic ovary syndrome: start using it 3-5 days after the end of menstruation, the dose is 2.5-5 mg per day, for 5 consecutive days. The patient’s gender, age and liver and kidney function have no clinical correlation with this product, so elderly patients and patients with impaired liver and kidney function do not need to adjust the dose, but please strictly follow the doctor’s prescription and drug instructions to use the drug correctly.
Adverse Reactions:
The adverse reactions of this drug are mostly mild and moderate, and the most common ones are nausea, headache, bone pain, hot flashes and weight gain. Rare symptoms include abdominal pain, diarrhea, constipation, itching, rash, joint pain, fatigue, insomnia, dizziness, edema, hypertension, arrhythmia, thrombosis, vaginal bleeding, chest pain, dyspnea and cough.
