Lercandipine

Lercanidipine is a new generation of dihydropyridine calcium channel blockers with strong vascular selectivity, gentle onset, strong antihypertensive effect, long duration of action, and small negative inotropic effect. It is clinically suitable for the treatment of mild and moderate essential hypertension.

Mild essential hypertension: Mild essential hypertension refers to systolic blood pressure of 140~159mmHg and (or) diastolic blood pressure of 90~99 mmHg. For patients with mild essential hypertension, after non-drug measures are ineffective, lercanidipine can be used as prescribed by the doctor to relieve hypertension symptoms such as headache, heavy head, dizziness, and inattention;

Moderate essential hypertension: Moderate essential hypertension refers to systolic blood pressure of 160~179mmHg and (or) diastolic blood pressure of 100~109mmHg. Lecanidipine can improve headaches and heaviness of the head caused by moderate primary hypertension, which is mainly manifested as a feeling of heaviness or oppression in the head. It can also relieve symptoms such as panic and restless heartbeats, and improve symptoms such as inattention, memory loss, irritability, panic, insomnia, numbness of hands and feet, etc.
