Lamivudine and Dolutegravir

As a complete treatment regimen, it is used for the following two types of patients infected with human immunodeficiency virus type 1 (HIV-1) and adolescents over 12 years old (weighing at least 40 kg) who have no known resistance-related mutations to any of the components of this product:

Patients with no history of antiretroviral treatment; as an alternative treatment regimen, it is used for patients who have achieved virological suppression (HIV-1 RNA <50 copies/mL) with stable antiretroviral therapy and no history of treatment failure.

Combination medication

Reasonable drug combination can enhance efficacy or reduce adverse drug reactions, otherwise it can lead to reduced efficacy or increased toxicity, and some abnormal reactions may occur, interfere with treatment, and aggravate the condition. Therefore, when patients take the medicine, do not use it with other drugs privately to avoid drug interactions.
