Labetalol Hydrochloride Injection

Functions and indications:
1. Suitable for the treatment of various types of hypertension, especially hypertensive crisis. Also suitable for hypertension associated with coronary heart disease. 2. Suitable for controlling blood pressure before surgery. 3. Suitable for antihypertensive treatment of pheochromocytoma. 4. Suitable for pregnancy-induced hypertension.
Adverse reactions:
Patients occasionally experience dizziness, gastrointestinal discomfort, fatigue, paresthesia, aggravated asthma, etc. Some patients have postural hypotension.
Contraindications:
1. Contraindicated for patients with bronchial asthma. 2. Contraindicated for cardiogenic shock, heart block (Ⅱ to Ⅲ degree atrioventricular block). 3. Contraindicated for patients with severe or acute heart failure, sinus bradycardia, etc.
