Effects and efficacy:
Applicable bacteria include Escherichia coli, Citrobacter, Klebsiella, Enterobacter, Serratia, Proteus, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, etc. Indications: Wound infection caused by trauma, burns, surgery, pneumonia, chronic bronchitis, pyelonephritis, cystitis, peritonitis and sepsis, etc.
Usage and dosage:
Usually, adults take isopamicin sulfate, 400 mg (potency) per day, divided into 1-2 intramuscular injections or intravenous drips. The intravenous drip method is as follows: When given once a day: inject in 1 hour. When given twice a day: inject in 30 minutes-1 hour. It can be adjusted appropriately according to the patient’s age, constitution and symptoms. Patients with renal insufficiency should adjust the dosage and dosing interval according to the degree of renal impairment. This product cannot be injected intravenously to avoid neuromuscular blockade and respiratory depression.
Drug contraindications:
