Inebilizumab Injection

Function and indication:
Inerizumab injection is used to treat adult patients with neuromyelitis optica spectrum disorder (“NMOSD”) who are anti-aquaporin 4 antibody positive (“AQP4 antibody positive”).
Adverse reactions:
The most common adverse reactions (at least 10%) are urinary tract infection and joint pain
Contraindications:
⑴ Patients who are allergic to this product are contraindicated. ⑵ Patients with active hepatitis B infection are contraindicated. ⑶ Patients with active or untreated latent tuberculosis are contraindicated.
