Function and indication:
Antitumor drug. Suitable for malignant tumors such as primary liver cancer, gastric cancer, bladder cancer, rectal cancer, head and neck epithelial cancer, leukemia, etc.
Usage and dosage:
The dosage and usage of this product may be different for different dosage forms and specifications. Please read the specific drug instructions for use, or follow the doctor’s advice. Hydroxycamptothecin injection: 1. Intravenous injection: 10-30 mg each time, dissolved in sodium chloride injection and injected intravenously, once a day, 3 times a week, 6-8 weeks as a course of treatment, the dosage of this product can be appropriately reduced for combined use. 2. Bladder instillation: 10 mg each time is dissolved in 10 mg of sodium chloride injection, instilled after urinating, maintained for about 2-4 hours, once a week, 10 times as a course of treatment. 3. Thoracic and abdominal cavity injection: After the malignant pleural effusion is drained, 10-20 mg is dissolved in 20 ml of sodium chloride injection and injected into the chest and abdomen, 1-2 times a week. Hydroxycamptothecin for injection: This product should not be dissolved and diluted with acidic liquids such as glucose. 1. Primary liver cancer: (1) Intravenous injection, 4-6 mg per day, dissolved in 20 ml of 0.9% sodium chloride injection, slowly injected, or as directed by a doctor. (2) Hepatic artery administration, 4 mg plus 10 ml of 0.9% sodium chloride injection, infused once a day, 15-30 days as a course of treatment. 2. Gastric cancer: Intravenous injection, 4-6 mg per day, dissolved in 20 ml of 0.9% sodium chloride injection, slowly injected, or as directed by a doctor. 3. Bladder cancer: After bladder instillation, add high-frequency diathermy for 100 minutes, gradually increase the dose from 10 mg to 20 mg, twice a week, 10-15 times as a course of treatment. 4. Rectal cancer: Through the inferior mesenteric artery catheterization, 6-8 mg of hydroxycamptothecin, added to 500 ml of 0.9% sodium chloride injection, injected into the artery, once a day, 15-20 times as a course of treatment. 5. Head and neck epithelial cancer: intravenous injection, 4-6 mg per day, dissolved in 20 ml of 0.9% sodium chloride injection, slowly injected, or follow the doctor’s advice. 6. Leukemia: The adult dose is 6-8 mg/m2 per day according to the body surface area, added to sodium chloride injection and intravenously dripped, continuously administered, 30 days as a course of treatment, or follow the doctor’s advice.
Adverse reactions:
Effects on the digestive system: Mainly manifested as nausea, loss of appetite and other reactions, but it does not affect the efficacy. After stopping the drug, the above symptoms quickly alleviated and disappeared. Effects on the hematopoietic system: White blood cells have a certain degree of decline, but can be maintained above 1×109/L; no obvious inhibitory effect on red blood cells and platelets was found. Effects on the urinary system: A few cases have urinary urgency, urinary pain and hematuria, which gradually disappear after stopping the drug for 1 week. Other reactions: A few cases have hair loss, which can gradually recover after stopping the drug.
