Homoharringtonine Injection

Effects and efficacy:
Applicable to various types of acute non-lymphocytic leukemia. It also has certain effects on myelodysplastic syndrome (MDS), chronic myeloid leukemia and polycythemia vera.
Usage and dosage:
When used, dissolve with 250-500ml of 5% glucose injection. The common dosage for adults is intravenous drip, 1-4mg per day, drip slowly, and the speed should be controlled at 1mg per hour. If the blood cells do not drop sharply, it can be dripped continuously for 40-60 days. Or 1-4mg per day is intravenous drip, with a course of 4-6 days, and repeat the medication after 1-2 weeks of rest. The common dosage for children is intravenous drip, 0.08-0.1mg/kg per day according to body weight, with a course of 40-60 days; or intermittent administration, 0.1-0.15mg/kg per day according to body weight, with a course of 5-10 days, stop the medication for 1-2 weeks and repeat the medication.
Contraindications:
Contraindicated if allergic to this product. Contraindicated during pregnancy. Contraindicated during lactation. Use with caution if liver or kidney function is impaired.
