Function:
This product is used to prevent nausea and vomiting caused by radiotherapy and cytotoxic drug chemotherapy.

Dosage:

Granisetron hydrochloride dispersible tablets are taken orally. The usual dosage for adults is 1 mg (1 tablet), twice a day. The elderly and those with liver and kidney dysfunction do not need to adjust the dosage. The medication time should be more than 5 minutes. Most patients only need one dose to prevent nausea and vomiting for more than 24 hours. If necessary, the number of doses can be increased 1 to 2 times, but the maximum daily dose should not exceed 9 mg (9 sticks). Patients with liver and kidney dysfunction do not need to adjust the dose. Granisetron Hydrochloride and Sodium Chloride Injection is for intravenous drip use. The usual dosage for adults is 3 mg, administered 30 minutes before treatment. Only one dose is needed to prevent nausea and vomiting for more than 24 hours in most patients. If necessary, the frequency of administration can be increased 1 to 2 times, but the maximum daily dose should not exceed 9 mg. The infusion time should be no less than 15 minutes. The elderly and those with liver and kidney dysfunction do not need to adjust the dose. Granisetron hydrochloride capsules are administered orally and used in combination with intravenous and intramuscular injections. Adults: The dosage is generally 1 mg each time, 2 times a day. Children: The dose is 20 μg/kg twice daily. It is usually taken 1 hour before chemotherapy, and the second dose is taken 12 hours later.
