Effects and efficacy:
Gonadorelin is suitable for differential diagnosis of fertility disorders caused by hypothalamic or pituitary dysfunction in men or women, gonadal atrophy, gonadal insufficiency, galactorrhea, primary and secondary amenorrhea, menopause and premature menopause, pituitary tumors, pituitary organ damage and hypothalamic dysfunction.
Usage and dosage:
Pituitary stimulation test: Dissolve each vial with 2ml sterile saline before use, 25μg for women and 100μg for men. Draw 3ml of blood at 0 minute before injection and 25 minutes, 45 minutes, 90 minutes and 180 minutes after injection, and save the serum. Perform radioimmunoassay to determine LH and FSH values ​​for differential diagnosis. Anovulatory female infertility caused by hypothalamic abnormalities: Use a timed injection pump to inject 5-15ug every 90-120 minutes, and use it continuously day and night for 14 days, during which the development of follicles is monitored. 2 days after ovulation, you can switch to intramuscular injection of 1000U human chorionic gonadotropin, twice a week, for a total of 3 to 4 times, to maintain corpus luteum function. Infertility: Intravenous drip at a rate of 5 to 20ug/min for a total of 90 minutes, and give the drug on the 2nd to 4th day of the menstrual cycle. If there is no ovulation (basal body temperature measurement), the drug can be given again. After ovulation, intramuscular injection of 1500U human chorionic gonadotropin, generally 2 to 4 cycles later, pregnancy can be achieved. After injection of this product, LH peaks appear successively, followed by FSH peaks, and the LH peak is much stronger than the FSH peak. Normal reaction: 25 minutes to 45 minutes after injection, the LH peak rises to more than 3 times its base value, and FSH increases by more than 2 times. Delayed reaction: LH value reaches its peak value 120 minutes to 180 minutes after injection. Low and weak reaction: The peak value of LH after injection is only 2 times or less than 2 times the base value. No reaction: The LH peak value before and after injection remains unchanged or changes very little. The same drugs produced by different manufacturers may have inconsistent instructions.
