Indications
Gadobenate dimeglumine is a paramagnetic contrast agent indicated for diagnostic magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) of the liver and central nervous system.
Liver: Indicated for the detection of focal liver lesions in patients with known or suspected primary liver cancer (e.g., hepatocellular carcinoma) or metastatic cancer.
Central Nervous System: Gadobenate dimeglumine is also indicated for enhanced MRI of the brain and spine, where it can enhance the detection of lesions and provide more diagnostic information than unenhanced MRI images.
