Fluzoparib Capsules.

Fluzoparib capsules are an anti-tumor drug used to treat patients with platinum-sensitive recurrent ovarian cancer, fallopian tube cancer, or primary peritoneal cancer with germline BRCA mutations (gBRCAm) who have undergone two or more lines of chemotherapy; it can also be used for maintenance treatment of adult patients with platinum-sensitive recurrent epithelial ovarian cancer, fallopian tube cancer, or primary peritoneal cancer after complete remission or partial remission of platinum-containing chemotherapy.
Fluzoparib is a small molecule PARP inhibitor that can inhibit the DNA repair process in cells with abnormal BRCA1/2 function, induce cell cycle arrest, and thus inhibit tumor cell proliferation.
