Flumatinib Mesylate Tablets.

This product is used to treat chronic phase adult patients with Philadelphia chromosome-positive chronic myeloid leukemia (Ph+CML).

The IC50 of flumatinib mesylate on Bcr-Abl tyrosine kinase phosphorylation inhibition is 11 nM; the IC50 of flumatinib mesylate on the proliferation of leukemia cells (K562, KU812) with positive PBcr-Abl expression is 6-8 nM, which can effectively inhibit cell proliferation and relieve symptoms.

Combination of drugs
