Fluconazole EyeDrops

Fluconazole eye drops are an antifungal drug suitable for the treatment of fungal keratitis caused by Candida albicans, Aspergillus fumigatus, Cryptococcus and Coccidioides.
The main ingredient of fluconazole eye drops is fluconazole, which has antibacterial activity against Cryptococcus neoformans and Candida species. It inhibits the reproduction and growth of fungi by highly selectively inhibiting the C-14-α-demethylation of fungal cytochrome P-450 sterol, causing the accumulation of 14-α-methyl sterol in the fungus.
