fenofibrate

Effects and efficacy:
It is mainly used for primary hyperlipidemia with elevated TG or VLDL, such as type IIb, III, and IV hyperlipidemia. It can also be used for patients with hyperlipoproteinemia with low HDL and high risk of atherosclerotic diseases (such as type 2 diabetes).
Usage and dosage:
The drug can be taken for a long time in conjunction with dietary control, and the efficacy should be monitored regularly. Stop the drug if there is no effect after 2 months of treatment. Sustained-release capsules: 0.25g each time, once a day. Soft capsules, capsules: 0.2g once, once a day, taken with meals. When cholesterol levels are normal, it is recommended to reduce the dose. Tablets: 0.1g once, 3 times a day, maintenance dose 0.1g each time, 1-2 times a day. To reduce stomach discomfort, it can be taken with food.
Adverse reactions:
