Fasudil

Function and indication:
Used to improve the symptoms of ischemic cerebrovascular disease caused by cerebral vasospasm after subarachnoid hemorrhage.

Usage and dosage:
Adults 2-3 times a day, 30 mg each time, diluted with 50-100 ml of normal saline or glucose injection and intravenous drip, each intravenous drip time is 30 minutes. This product should be administered early after subarachnoid hemorrhage surgery and used for 2 weeks.

Adverse reactions:
Intracranial hemorrhage (1.63%) may occur sometimes. Gastrointestinal bleeding, pulmonary bleeding, epistaxis, subcutaneous bleeding (0.29%) and other bleeding may occur sometimes. Pay attention to observation. If abnormalities occur, the drug should be discontinued and properly handled. Circulatory system: Hypotension and facial flushing are occasionally seen. Blood system: Anemia, leukopenia, and thrombocytopenia are occasionally seen. Abnormal liver function may occur sometimes. Increased AST (GOT), ALT (GPT), ALP, and LDH. Urinary system: Abnormal renal function (increased BUN, creatinine, etc.) and polyuria are occasionally seen. Digestive system: Abdominal distension, nausea, vomiting, etc. are less common. Allergies: Allergic symptoms such as rash are occasionally seen. Others: Fever (occasionally), headache, low level of consciousness, respiratory depression (rare).

Contraindications:
This product is contraindicated in the following patients: Bleeding patients: Intracranial hemorrhage. Patients who may have intracranial hemorrhage: Patients who fail to adequately stop bleeding during surgery for bleeding aneurysms. Patients with hypotension.
