Dosage and Administration:

It is suitable for superficial skin infections, deep skin infections, lymphadenitis, chronic pyoderma; mastitis, perianal abscesses, trauma, burns and surgical trauma (superficial) secondary infections; pharyngitis, acute bronchial bronchitis, tonsillitis; uterine adnexitis, intrauterine infection, vestibular glanditis; blepharitis, blepharitis, dacryocystitis, tarsal glanditis, keratitis, corneal ulcer; otitis externa, periodontitis, periodontitis, glansitis, etc. For oral Faropenem Sodium Tablets, adult patients usually take 200 to 300mg once, 3 times a day. It is suitable for pneumonia, lung abscess, pyelonephritis, cystitis (except simple cystitis), prostatitis, orchitis, otitis media, sinusitis, etc. Adult patients usually take 150-200 mg of faropenem sodium granules at a time, 3 times a day. The recommended dosage for children is usually 5 mg/kg each time, 3 times a day. The dose can be increased or decreased as appropriate according to age, weight, and symptoms. The increase in dose should not exceed 10 mg/kg each time. For older children, the dose should not exceed the upper limit of the adult dose, that is, 300 mg each time and 900 mg per day.
