Effects and efficacy: This product is suitable for the treatment of symptoms and signs of acute and chronic osteoarthritis, and can also treat acute gouty arthritis.
Usage and dosage: The recommended dose for arthritis is 30 mg once a day. For patients whose symptoms cannot be fully relieved, it can be increased to 60 mg once a day. If the efficacy is still not obvious after 4 weeks of using 60 mg of this product once a day, other treatments should be considered. The maximum dose is no more than 60 mg per day. The recommended dose for acute gouty arthritis is 120 mg, once a day. This product 120 mg is only suitable for the acute onset of symptoms, and can be used for up to 8 days. The maximum recommended dose is no more than 120 mg per day.
Adverse reactions: Adverse reactions include allergic reactions, anxiety, insomnia, taste disorders, drowsiness, congestive heart failure, hypertensive crisis, bronchospasm, abdominal pain, oral ulcers, peptic ulcers including perforation or bleeding (mainly in elderly patients), vomiting, diarrhea, hepatitis, angioedema, itching, rash, Stevens-Johnson syndrome, urticaria, renal insufficiency, which can generally be recovered after discontinuation of the drug.
