Ethamsylate (Etamsylate, LP-802034)

Function:
For the prevention and treatment of excessive surgical bleeding, thrombocytopenic purpura or allergic purpura, and bleeding caused by other causes, such as cerebral hemorrhage, gastrointestinal bleeding, urinary tract bleeding, fundus bleeding, gum bleeding, nose bleeding and skin bleeding wait.

Dosage:
Take orally, 0.5~1g once for adults; 10mg/kg once for children, 3 times a day. Intramuscular injection, 0.25~0.5g once, 0.5~1.5g per day. Intravenous infusion, 0.25~0.75g once, 2~3 times a day, dilute and infuse. To prevent bleeding after surgery: Inject 0.25-0.5g intravenously or intramuscularly 15-30 minutes before surgery, and then inject 0.25g 2 hours later if necessary.

Adverse reactions:
This product has low toxicity and may cause nausea, headache, rash, temporary hypotension, etc. Occasionally, anaphylactic shock has been reported after intravenous injection.
