Estramustine phosphate Capsules.

Function and indication: This product is used for advanced prostate cancer, especially hormone-refractory prostate cancer; it can be used as a first-line treatment for patients whose prognostic factors show poor response to simple hormone therapy.
Usage and dosage: The dosage and dosage of different dosage forms and specifications of this product may vary. Please read the specific drug instructions for use, or follow the doctor’s advice. Estramustine phosphate capsules: 1. This product should be administered under the guidance of a physician with experience in using anti-tumor drugs. 2. The dosage range is 7-14 mg (4-8 capsules) per kilogram of body weight per day, taken in 2 or 3 times. The recommended initial dose is at least 10 mg per kilogram of body weight, 4-6 capsules. It should be swallowed with a glass of water at least one hour before or two hours after a meal. 3. Milk, dairy products and drugs containing calcium, magnesium, and aluminum (such as antacids) cannot be taken at the same time as this product. 4. If it is ineffective after 4-6 weeks of observation after administration, the drug should be withdrawn.
Adverse reactions: 1. The most common adverse reactions include gynecomastia, nausea/vomiting, and fluid retention/edema. 2. The most serious adverse reactions include: embolism, myocardial ischemia, congestive heart failure and angioedema. 3. The adverse reactions reported according to the MedDRA system organ class are as follows: (1) Blood and lymphatic system disorders: leukopenia, thrombocytopenia and anemia. (2) Immune system disorders: hypersensitivity reactions. (3) Metabolic and nutritional disorders: fluid retention. (4) Psychiatric disorders: confusion, depression. (5) Nervous system disorders: headache, lethargy. (6) Cardiac disorders: myocardial infarction, congestive heart failure, myocardial ischemia. (7) Vascular disorders: embolism, hypertension. (8) Gastrointestinal disorders: nausea and vomiting, diarrhea. (9) Hepatobiliary system disorders: impaired liver function. (10) Skin and subcutaneous tissue disorders: angioedema, allergic rash. (11) Musculoskeletal and connective tissue disorders: muscle weakness. (12) Reproductive system and breast disorders: erectile dysfunction, gynecomastia. 4. Contraindications:
