Entecavir Dispersible Tablets

Effects and efficacy:
For the treatment of chronic hepatitis B in adults with active viral replication, persistently elevated serum alanine aminotransferase (ALT), or active lesions in liver histology.
Usage and dosage:
Patients should take this product under the guidance of an experienced doctor. Recommended dosage Adults and adolescents aged 16 years and above: Oral medication, once a day, 0.5 mg each time. For patients with a history of active hepatitis B and who are receiving lamivudine or known lamivudine-resistant mutations, the dose is 1 mg once a day. This product should be taken on an empty stomach (at least 2 hours before or after a meal), and can be swallowed or orally after dispersing with water, or the dispersible tablet can be held in the mouth and sucked. Dosage regimen for patients with renal insufficiency: creatinine clearance (Ccr) ≥ 50 ml/min, 0.5 mg once a day; for patients who have failed lamivudine treatment, 1 mg once a day. Ccr is 30-49ml/min, 0.25mg once a day; for lamivudine-resistant patients, 0.5mg once a day. Ccr is 10-29ml/min, 0.15mg once a day; for lamivudine-resistant patients, 0.3mg once a day. Ccr < 10ml/min, 0.05mg once a day; for lamivudine-resistant patients, 0.1mg once a day. The above includes patients receiving hemodialysis or continuous outpatient peritoneal dialysis. Note: Children should use under the guidance of a doctor and adult supervision.
Adverse reactions:
Symptoms such as diarrhea, indigestion, nausea and vomiting, fatigue, headache, dizziness, drowsiness and insomnia can be seen. Abnormal test results: ALT greater than 10 times the upper limit of normal, AST greater than 5 times the upper limit of normal, albumin <2.5g/dl, total bilirubin greater than 2.5 times the upper limit of normal, amylase greater than 2.0 times the upper limit of normal, lipase greater than 2 times the upper limit of normal; fasting hyperglycemia > 250 mg/dl, glycosuria, hematuria, platelets < 50×10/L. Drug contraindications:
Allergic to this product is prohibited. Use with caution during lactation and pregnancy.
