Edoxaban Tosilate Tablets

Edoxaban tosylate tablets are selective inhibitors of coagulation factor Xa (FXa), and their anticoagulant effects do not require the participation of antithrombin III. It can be used clinically for diseases such as deep vein thrombosis (DVT) and pulmonary embolism with one or more risk factors.

With one or more risk factors: For patients with one or more risk factors (such as congestive heart failure, hypertension, age ≥75 years, diabetes, previous stroke or transient ischemic attack (TIA)) Prevention of stroke and systemic embolism in adults with non-valvular atrial fibrillation (NVAF).

Deep vein thrombosis (DVT) and pulmonary embolism: used to treat deep vein thrombosis (DVT) and pulmonary embolism (PE) in adults, and to prevent recurrence of deep vein thrombosis and pulmonary embolism in adults.
