Dydrogesterone tablets

Effects and efficacy:
Dydrogesterone can be used to treat diseases caused by insufficient endogenous progesterone, such as: dysmenorrhea; endometriosis; secondary amenorrhea; irregular menstrual cycle; dysfunctional uterine bleeding; premenstrual syndrome; threatened abortion or habitual abortion caused by progesterone deficiency; infertility caused by corpus luteum deficiency. In addition, it can also be used for luteal support in assisted reproductive technology.
Usage and dosage:
For dysmenorrhea: oral administration, from the 5th to the 25th day of the menstrual cycle, 2 times a day, 1 tablet of dydrogesterone orally each time. Endometriosis: from the 5th to the 25th day of the menstrual cycle, take dydrogesterone orally 2-3 times a day, 1 tablet each time. Dosage for functional bleeding hemostasis: take 1 tablet of dydrogesterone orally each time (10 mg in terms of dydrogesterone), 2 times a day, for 5-7 consecutive days. Dosage for preventing bleeding: from the 11th to the 25th day of the menstrual cycle, take 1 tablet orally each time, 2 times a day. Amenorrhea: From the 1st to the 25th day of the menstrual cycle, take estradiol once a day; from the 11th to the 25th day of the menstrual cycle, take dydrogesterone twice a day, 1 tablet each time (10 mg in terms of dydrogesterone). Premenstrual syndrome: From the 11th to the 25th day of the menstrual cycle, take dydrogesterone orally twice a day, 1 tablet each time. Irregular menstruation: From the 11th to the 25th day of the menstrual cycle, take dydrogesterone orally twice a day, 1 tablet each time. Threatened abortion: The starting dose is 40 mg (4 tablets of dydrogesterone taken orally at a time), followed by 1 tablet every 8 hours until the symptoms disappear. Habitual abortion: Take dydrogesterone orally twice a day, 1 tablet each time, until the 20th week of pregnancy. Infertility caused by insufficient endogenous progesterone: From the 14th to the 25th day of the menstrual cycle, take 1 tablet of dydrogesterone orally daily. The treatment should last for at least 6 consecutive cycles. It is recommended to continue this method of treatment in the first few months of pregnancy. The dosage should refer to the dosage for the treatment of habitual abortion or follow the doctor’s advice. For luteal support in assisted reproductive technology: starting from the day of egg retrieval, take dydrogesterone orally three times a day, 1 tablet each time, that is, 30 mg of dydrogesterone per day; if pregnancy is confirmed, continue to take until 12 weeks of pregnancy (that is, 10 weeks from the day of egg retrieval).
