Effects and efficacy:
Used to treat uveitis, keratitis, scleritis, and inhibit the formation of corneal neovascularization. Used to treat inflammatory reactions after intraocular surgery, laser keratoconjunctivitis, or various eye injuries, and inhibit miotic reactions during cataract surgery. Used for pain relief and anti-inflammatory treatment after excimer laser keratectomy; used to treat allergic eye diseases such as spring conjunctivitis and seasonal allergic conjunctivitis. Prevent and treat inflammation and macular cystoid edema after cataract and intraocular lens surgery, as well as promote the formation of filtering blebs after glaucoma filtering surgery.
Usage and dosage:
4 to 6 times a day, 1 drop each time. Diclofenac sodium is contraindicated for those who wear contact lenses, and those who wear hydrophilic soft lenses will cause redness and stinging in the eyes. For ophthalmic surgery, drop the eye once 3, 2, 1, and 0.5 hours before surgery, 1 drop each time. Start taking the medicine 24 hours after cataract surgery, 4 times a day, and continue taking the medicine for two weeks. The medication can be used 15 minutes after corneal refractive surgery, 4 times a day, and continued for three days.
Adverse reactions:
Occasionally, gastrointestinal system reactions such as upper abdominal pain, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, abdominal distension, indigestion, etc. Occasionally, central nervous system reactions such as headache, dizziness, etc. Occasionally, skin rashes and elevated liver enzymes ALT and AST are seen. Occasionally, eye allergies, irritation, foreign body sensation in the eyes, itchy eyes, conjunctival edema, and eyelid edema are seen.
