Denosumab Injection

Indications
1. Solid tumor bone metastasis and multiple myeloma
For the prevention of bone-related events in patients with multiple myeloma and solid tumor bone metastases. [5]
2. Giant cell tumor of bone
Indicated for the treatment of giant cell tumors of bone that are unresectable or in which surgical resection would result in severe functional impairment, including adults and adolescent patients with skeletally mature disease (defined as at least 1 mature long bone and body weight ≥45 kg). [5]
3. Osteoporosis
For osteoporosis in postmenopausal women who are at high risk for fractures. In postmenopausal women, this product significantly reduces the risk of vertebral, nonvertebral, and hip fractures. [12]
It is used for men with osteoporosis who are at high risk of fractures [10], and can help patients improve bone mass and reduce the risk of fractures. [10]
