Daunorubicin Hydrochloride for Injection.

Function and indication:
Suitable for acute myeloid leukemia and acute lymphocytic leukemia, as well as chronic acute phase.
Usage and dosage:
The dosage and dosage of different dosage forms and specifications of this product may vary. Please read the specific drug instructions for use, or follow the doctor’s advice. Daunorubicin hydrochloride for injection: 1. For intravenous injection or infusion, add 10ml of saline solution for injection to dissolve each tube before use. For intravenous infusion, dissolve 250ml of 0.9% sodium chloride injection and drip it within 1 hour. 2. Adults: The dosage for one course of treatment is 0.4-1.0mg/kg. 3. Children: The dosage is 1.0mg/kg, once a day, for a total of 3-5 times, continuously or every other day. Repeat after stopping the drug for 1 week. The total dosage does not exceed 25mg/kg.
Adverse reactions:
1. Bone marrow suppression: more serious. Anemia, granulocytopenia, thrombocytopenia, bleeding, do not use the drug for too long. If oral ulcers occur (mostly before bone marrow toxicity), the drug should be discontinued immediately. 2. Cardiotoxicity: can cause abnormal electrocardiogram, tachycardia, arrhythmia; severe cases may cause heart failure. When the total dosage exceeds 25mg/kg, it can cause severe myocardial damage, and arrhythmia may also occur when the intravenous injection is too fast. 3. Gastrointestinal reactions: ulcerative stomatitis, loss of appetite, nausea, vomiting, abdominal pain, etc. 4. Liver and kidney damage: increased GOT, GPT, ALP, jaundice, increased BUN, proteinuria. 5. Local reactions: leakage out of blood vessels can cause local tissue necrosis. 6. Others: mental symptoms such as hair loss, fatigue, headache, dizziness, chills, dyspnea, fever, skin pus and other allergic symptoms.
Contraindications:
1. It is contraindicated for patients with heart disease and patients with a history of heart disease. 2. It is contraindicated for patients with a history of severe allergies to this drug. 3. It is contraindicated for pregnant and lactating women.
