Effects and efficacy: Danazol is used to treat endometriosis, and can also be used to treat fibrocystic breast disease, spontaneous thrombocytopenic purpura, hereditary angioedema, systemic lupus erythematosus, gynecomastia, precocious puberty, etc. Usage and dosage: Danazol has different daily doses and courses of treatment for different diseases. Please follow the doctor’s instructions and use it correctly under the guidance of the doctor. Endometriosis capsules are taken orally, twice a day, 200~400mg each time, and the total amount does not exceed 800mg a day, for 3-6 consecutive months. If symptoms recur after discontinuation of medication, another course of treatment can be given (under normal liver function). Suppositories are taken vaginally, 1 capsule each time, 1~2 times a day, and discontinued for 3~4 days during menstruation, and a course of treatment of 3~6 months. Fibrocystic breast disease is taken orally, starting from the first day after the start of menstruation, 50~200mg each time, twice a day. If symptoms recur within one year after discontinuation of medication, the medication can be given again. Hereditary angioedema is taken orally, starting with 200 mg each time, 2-3 times a day, until the effect appears. The maintenance dose is generally half of the initial dose or less, and is gradually reduced at intervals of 1 to 3 months or longer, depending on the frequency of the disease before treatment.
