Effects and efficacy: This product is used to treat melanoma, and is also used for soft tissue sarcoma and malignant lymphoma. Usage and dosage: Intravenous drip: Take 2.5-6 mg/kg or 200-400 mg/m, use 10-15 ml of normal saline, dissolve it, and then dilute it with 250-500 ml of 5% glucose solution and drip it. It takes more than 30 minutes to drip it, once a day, and 5-10 days in a row as a course of treatment. Generally, it is repeated every 3-6 weeks. Single large dose: 650-1450 mg/m, once every 4-6 weeks. The intravenous drip speed should not be too fast. Intravenous push injection: 200 mg/m once, once a day, for 5 consecutive days, and repeated every 3-4 weeks. Arterial perfusion: For malignant melanoma located in the limbs, the same dose can be used for arterial injection. Because this product is extremely unstable to light and heat, it turns red easily when exposed to light or heat, and it is unstable in water. The solution turns light red after being placed. Drug contraindications:
