Cyclosporin Eye Drops

Effects and efficacy:
Cyclosporin eye drops of different specifications and concentrations have different uses. Currently, there are three varieties on the market in China: Cyclosporin eye drops: mainly used to prevent and treat immune rejection after corneal transplantation; Cyclosporin eye drops (II): can promote tear secretion in patients with dry eyes, suitable for patients with reduced tear production caused by eye inflammation related to keratoconjunctivitis sicca; Cyclosporin eye drops (III): used to treat severe vernal keratoconjunctivitis in children and adolescents aged 4 years and above.
Usage and dosage:
The clinical application of this product varies according to the type of disease being treated, and the dosage must be used under the guidance of a professional physician or in accordance with the doctor’s instructions. Cyclosporin eye drops: 3ml: 30mg: When used in combination with glucocorticoids, the dosage of this product is: drop the drug into the conjunctival sac, 4-6 times a day, 1-2 drops each time. If graft rejection occurs after corneal transplantation, clinicians can appropriately increase the number of eye drops depending on the severity of the rejection. Usage: Because this product is an oil solution, unscrew the bottle cap when using it, hold the eye dropper vertically to the eye, gently squeeze the eye dropper, and drip the liquid into the eye to avoid contamination caused by the liquid dripping from the bottle mouth. Cover the bottle cap immediately after use. Cyclosporine Eye Drops (II): 0.4ml: 0.2mg: This product is used for eye drops, 1 drop at a time, 2 times a day, with an interval of 12 hours; this product can also be used in combination with artificial tears, and the interval between the two drugs should be 15 minutes. Usage: After opening this product, immediately give it to one or both eyes, and the remaining part should be discarded and not reused. This product should be discarded after opening and use. Cyclosporine Eye Drops (III): 0.3ml: 0.3mg: The recommended dose during the onset season and maintenance treatment is 4 times a day, 1 drop each time. After the disease is fully controlled, the frequency of medication is reduced to 2 times a day, 1 drop each time. Stop using this product after symptoms and signs disappear. Restart medication when recurrence occurs. Directions for use: Shake well before use, use only once after opening, and discard the residual liquid after use. After eye drops, press the lacrimal sac and close the eyes for 2 minutes to reduce systemic side effects and increase local drug activity.
