Effects and efficacy:
Cycloserine capsules are broad-spectrum antibiotics that exert antibacterial effects by inhibiting the cell wall synthesis of Gram-positive, Gram-negative sensitive bacteria and Mycobacterium tuberculosis. It has weak antibacterial effects on Gram-positive and Gram-negative bacteria, but has strong antibacterial effects on Mycobacterium tuberculosis.
Usage and dosage:
Adults: 0.5-1g per day, taken in 2 times. For the first 2 weeks, 0.25g can be taken each time, twice a day, and the maximum dose is 1g per day. Children: 5-20mg/kg per day, taken in 2-4 times, and half the dose is used for the first time.
Adverse reactions:
Common headaches, dizziness, drowsiness, abnormal behavior, depression, orientation or memory disorders, tremors, convulsions, restlessness, convulsions or coma. Occasionally, heart failure, fever, nausea, vomiting, abdominal pain, abnormal liver function, and elevated AST or ALT are aggravated. This product can induce psychotic reactions, mental disorders and suicidal tendencies. Rare adverse reactions include rash; numbness, tingling, burning sensation or weakness in the hands and feet; epileptic seizures.
Contraindications:
Contraindicated if allergic to this product; contraindicated if damaged by kidney function; contraindicated if damaged by liver function; used with caution during pregnancy; used with caution during lactation
