Effects and efficacy:
Cilnidipine tablets are antihypertensive drugs, lipophilic dihydropyridine calcium antagonists, which can bind to the dihydropyridine site of the L-type calcium channel on the vascular smooth muscle cell membrane, inhibit the transmembrane influx of Ca2 + through the L-type calcium channel, thereby relaxing and dilating the vascular smooth muscle and playing a hypotensive role. It can also inhibit the release of norepinephrine from sympathetic nerve endings and sympathetic nerve activity by inhibiting the transmembrane influx of Ca2 + through the N-type calcium channel on the sympathetic nerve cell membrane.

Usage and dosage:
The initial dose of this product for adults is 5 mg each time, once a day, after breakfast. According to the patient’s clinical response, the dose can be increased to a maximum of 10 mg each time. Adverse reactions:
The adverse reactions of this product include: frequent urination in the urinary system, increased uric acid, creatine, urea nitrogen, and positive urine protein.
