Usage and dosage: Treatment of osteoarthritis: Adults take 200 mg/d orally, once or twice. Treatment of rheumatoid arthritis: Adults take 100~200 mg orally, twice a day. The use of 200 mg once, twice a day for the treatment of the above two diseases is not better than 100 mg, twice a day. However, for some patients with rheumatoid arthritis, 200 mg once, twice a day can indeed achieve better results. Treatment of familial adenopathy polyposis, 800 mg/d.
Adverse reactions: Sulfonamide allergic reaction: Common manifestations are rash, itching, urticaria, etc. There are reports abroad that users have allergic reactions to the sulfonamide component of this product. In severe cases, Stevens-Johnson syndrome, toxic epidermal necrolysis, exfoliative dermatitis, etc. may occur. Digestive tract: The most common adverse reactions in long-term (6 months) use are digestive tract adverse reactions, including abdominal pain, diarrhea, indigestion, abdominal distension, and nausea. Serious gastrointestinal adverse reactions include symptomatic ulcers, gastrointestinal bleeding, and gastric perforation, with an annual incidence of 2.22%, while traditional NSAIDs are 3.68%. Nervous system: headache, dizziness, and drowsiness. Due to water and sodium retention, lower limb water and increased blood pressure may occur.
