Effects and efficacy: Mainly used for mild to moderate infections of the upper respiratory tract, lower respiratory tract, middle ear, skin and skin tissue, urinary tract and other parts caused by sensitive bacteria. Acute pharyngitis and acute tonsillitis caused by Streptococcus pyogenes. Otitis media, acute sinusitis, acute bacterial infection aggravation of chronic bronchitis and secondary bacterial infection of acute bronchitis caused by Streptococcus pneumoniae, Haemophilus influenzae (including β-lactamase-producing strains) and Moraxella catarrhalis (including β-lactamase-producing strains). Simple skin and soft tissue infections caused by methicillin-sensitive Staphylococcus aureus and Streptococcus pyogenes. Usage and dosage: Adults take 0.5g orally once, 1-2 times a day, for 7-14 days. Please follow the doctor’s advice for details. For children over 6 months old, take 7.5mg/kg according to body weight, 1-2 times a day. Please take the medicine under the guidance of a doctor and adult supervision. Patients with renal insufficiency should adjust the dosage. When Ccr is 30-120ml/min, the conventional dose can generally still be used; when Ccr < 29ml/min, the dose is halved and the interval time remains unchanged.
