Effects and efficacy:
Cefdinir tablets: used for respiratory system, urinary system, ENT, skin and soft tissue infections caused by sensitive bacteria. Cefdinir Capsules/Cefdinir Dispersible Tablets: Used for the following infections caused by strains of Staphylococcus, Streptococcus, Pneumococcus, Peptostreptococcus, Propionibacterium, Neisseria gonorrhoeae, Moraxella catarrhalis, Escherichia coli, Klebsiella, Proteus mirabilis, Providencia, Haemophilus influenzae, etc. that are sensitive to cefdinir: pharyngitis, tonsillitis, acute bronchitis, pneumonia; otitis media, sinusitis; pyelonephritis, cystitis, gonococcal urethritis; adnexitis, intrauterine infection, vestibular glanditis; mastitis, perianal abscess, secondary infection of trauma or surgical wound; folliculitis, furuncle, furuncle, carbuncle, infectious impetigo, erysipelas, cellulitis, lymphangitis, paronychia, subcutaneous abscess, atheroma infection, chronic pyoderma; blepharitis, sty, tarsal glanditis.
Dosage and Administration:
Adult Usage and Dosage Conventional Dose Anti-infection: Oral administration, 100 mg once, 3 times a day. In case of renal insufficiency, the dosage should be reduced and the dosing interval should be extended according to the severity of renal impairment. The recommended dosage for hemodialysis patients is 100 mg once a day. Usage and Dosage for Children Conventional Dose Anti-infection: Oral administration, 9-18 mg/kg a day, divided into 3 doses.
Adverse Reactions:
Metabolic/endocrine system vitamin K deficiency (hypoprothrombinemia, bleeding tendency), complex vitamin B deficiency (glossitis, stomatitis, lack of appetite, neuritis). Respiratory system interstitial pneumonia, eosinophilic pulmonary infiltration (PIE syndrome). Urogenital system increased blood urea nitrogen, kidney disease (such as acute renal failure). There are individual cases of acute tubulointerstitial nephritis. Nervous system dizziness, headache, numbness. Liver fulminant hepatitis, abnormal liver function, jaundice. Gastrointestinal diarrhea, abdominal pain, stomach discomfort, nausea, vomiting, heartburn, loss of appetite, constipation, stomatitis, colitis (including pseudomembranous colitis).
