Carmustine Injection.

Effects and efficacy:
This product can pass through the blood-cerebrospinal fluid barrier, so it is effective for brain tumors (malignant glioma, brain stem glioma, medulloblastoma, astrocytoma, ependymoma), brain metastases and meningeal leukemia; it can also be used for malignant lymphoma, multiple myeloma, and malignant melanoma (in combination with other drugs).
Usage and dosage:
Intravenous injection, adults take 100 mg/m2 per body surface area once a day for 2-3 consecutive days; or 200 mg/m2 once, repeated every 6-8 weeks. Dissolve in 150 ml of 5% glucose or normal saline and drip quickly. Bone marrow suppression, hepato-renal toxicity, pulmonary interstitial or pulmonary fibrosis may occur after medication. Therefore, during medication, attention should be paid to checking blood routine, platelets, liver and kidney function, and lung function; prevent infection and pay attention to oral hygiene. The same drugs produced by different manufacturers may have inconsistent instructions. Drug contraindications:
Contraindicated if allergic to this product. Contraindicated during lactation. Contraindicated during pregnancy. Use with caution if liver or kidney function is impaired.
