Function and indication:
It is suitable for the second-line treatment of pulmonary tuberculosis. This product can be used as one of the combined drugs for patients who have failed the first-line anti-tuberculosis drugs (such as streptomycin, isoniazid, rifampicin and ethambutol), or when one or more of the above drugs are toxic or the bacteria are resistant.

Transient blood pressure drop, local phlebitis, hypokalemia, hypocalcemia, and hypomagnesemia occur during intravenous injection. Electrolytes should be checked. 3. Hearing impairment, tinnitus, fullness in the ears, hearing loss, unsteady gait, and dizziness. Renal function damage: Even if BUN is slightly elevated, large doses can still cause renal tissue damage, resulting in hematuria, decreased urine volume, decreased appetite, extreme thirst, etc. These should be taken as important side effects and taken seriously. 5. Electrolyte imbalance: Due to renal tubular damage, K+ and Mg++ reabsorption is reduced, resulting in low potassium and low magnesium, manifested as weakness, drowsiness, weak pulse, arrhythmia, dyspnea, abdominal distension, nausea, vomiting, accompanied by low calcium, and intramuscular twitching and spasms. 6. In a few cases, there may be drug rash, which may be accompanied by drug fever. 7. Occasionally, there may be symptoms such as arrhythmia, mental changes, and headaches. 8.
